How to make stir-fry

Gather all ingredients

Peel red onion

Cut red onion in half

Cut red onion into thin slices

Put pan on stove

Add 1 teaspoon of canola oil to pan and heat

Chop mushrooms and then add both the onions and the mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes

Measure a quarter cup of black bean garlic sauce

Chop half head of broccoli

Gather red bell pepper

Chop red bell pepper and remove seeds

Add black bean sauce, broccoli, and red bell pepper to pan

Add 1 cup of water to pan

Put cover on top and allow to heat for 1 min

Gather 1 green onion

Chop 1 green onion

Simmer all ingredients for 5 min. Don't add green onion yet

Take ingredients off pan and put in large bowl. Add chow mein noodles on top of other food

Garnish with green onion and serve
