How to make shrimp pad thai zoodles

Sauce: Mix the rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, sweet Thai chili sauce, and cayenne pepper together. Set aside for later.

Add olive oil to medium heat pan. Add garlic & cook until soft & translucent about 30 seconds.

Add red bell peppers & green onions. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until tender.

Add shrimp, cook until tender & cooked through, about 3 minutes.

Add egg. Quickly break it & stir in with everything in the pan until egg is cooked.

Add the sauce & mix.

Add the bean sprouts.

Add the zoodles.

Mix all the ingredients. Cook for a few minutes until zoodles are heated through.

Top with roasted peanuts & cilantro. Garnish with lime wedge.
