How to make citrus, mint & ginger tea infusion #healthyeating


A really simple guide but a great way to start the day and enjoy the wonderful oranges that come into the shops in the winter

Squeeze a wedge of lime, lemon and orange into a large mug. Add a sprig of mint and a couple of slices of ginger and top with boiling water. Leave to infuse for a few mins and enjoy!
