Wash off your vegetables.

Cut up your broccoli.

Peel the skin out of the potato and cut it up into chunks.

Slice up your red pepper. Make sure to remove the seeds.

Toss into a wok with some oil.

Slice up your meat. (Any leftovers you would like to use or whatever you wanna choose) For example, we use a Japanese Slow Braised Pork Belly that The Foodbox made! (Recipe coming soon!)

Add your meat to the wok and add your cooked noodles. To make it easy, you can use the packaged noodles.

Stir and mix it all into the work. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, sesame oil. Cook and stir fry over high heat.

Add water to about half way. And cook and stir.

After about 5 minutes, plate it all into the bowl. Garnish with green onions.
