How to Cook Liquorice Cookies

Chop the almonds into small pieces

Melt the butter

Mix the ingrediensFirst anise, sugar, egg whites and almonds. Mix again.

Place a thin layer of dough on baking tray. Each cookie should be 10cm in diameter. One bowl equals 9 cookies.

Place in oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.

Eat together with a hot cup of coffee. Enjoy :)
